The device is used to determine specific gravity of concrete, aggregates etc.. The robust  frame to be coupled with a suitable electronic balance on the top, and with a hook underneath the top for hanging a metal basket in which containing aggregates .

Meanwhile there is an adjustable lifter holding a water tank allowing the specific gravity test inside.
