The testing machine is mainly designed for make tension, compression, bending and shearing test for metal & non-metal, such as concrete and stone. If the proper jigs are provided, it can be used for various tests in the laboratories of mills, factories, colleges and research units concerned.
By it can obtain tensile strength, proof stress, non-proportional extension strength, elastic modulus and other performance indexes, which can make close loop control of constant rate loading, constant rate deformation, constant rate displacement, constant rate strain and so on. It is of a double-space structure, the upper space is for tension, the lower space is for compression.The 2 spaces are automatically adjusted by the upper & lower beams moving. The upper and lower beams are equipped with hydraulically controlled clamping jaws. The standard machine is equipped with V shape & flat jigs to clamp round & flat specimens for tensile tests, and special jaws for 8-18 steel strand for tensile test. The standard machine is with upper pressing plates at upper & lower beams, and there is a lower pressing plate at test bench, these works for compression test.
It is featured with electro-hydraulic loading, the loading & test processing curve can be displayed on the computer screen, and the data can be saved and printed out. It is with overloading protection. The oil cylinder is fitted on the bottom of the main frame, which is suitable for the compression test and all the annex will be provided for the technological tests of the metal.
