The TBTCTR-300 torque rheometer can evaluate the flow, plasticization, shear and thermal stability of polymer, and provides the most closely related dynamic measurement methods for teaching research and guiding production. Under the condition which is similar to actual processing conditions, machine can do the continuous, accurate and reliable determination of rheological properties of materials, such as evaluation of thermoplastic polymer processing viscosity, shear stability, features, and the curing reaction of thermosetting polymer crosslinking properties or elastomer sulfide.
CTR-300 torque rheometer is composed of control unit, torque Rheometer banbury device, single screw mixing unit , computer, printer and related software. The control main unit can make up different measuring system combined with different functional units. The closed banbury device is as a small internal mixer, consists of a
detachable mixing chamber in shape of "∞" and a pair of rotors rotating in opposite directions at different speeds.The small single-screw extrusion system can be equipped with different screws to simulate various actualmachining processes. The machine is available for floor type or bench top type as options.
