TBT-3220C Banbury compounder

TBT-3220C Banbury compounder is used for continuous plasticising, mixing and dispersing, alloying, degassing and chemical conversion or degradation, to make initial test for developing new formulas, once prototype product meeting customer’s requirement, the experimental formula will be used in bulk production line.

The application materials and products are ceramic powder, zirconia, alumina, copper oxide, titanium alloy, tungsten powder, magnetic powder, stainless steel powder, metal powder and cemented carbide, and materials for producing silicon rubber products.

TBT-SW45 Double-Screw Feeding Pelletizer

This machine is suitable for extrusion of zirconia, alumina, ceramic powder, magnetic powder, stainless steel powder, metal powder and cemented carbide. The screw design allows good dispersion, stable discharge, wear resistance and high productivity.

Features:

1, Barrel and screws are integrate designed and made of high-quality special steel which manufactured through high-temperature vacuum processing and imported from Japan. Screw hardness is treated HRC60°-62° , the screw thread shape & quality are designed for durability for extrusion of ceramic powder and metal powder. The barrel depth is 0.6-0.75mm and made of tungsten carbide double alloy (88WC/12CO) of grade-A, with alloy layer thickness 2-3mm at hardness HRC58°-60°, the density of surface coating is 98%.

2, Force feeding the mixed dough of ceramics, zirconia, alumina and metal agglomerates with high precision and large torque, with least thermal deformation, eliminate the traditional crushing process. The abrasive-resistance and corrosion-resistance performance is good under high temperature & high pressure .

3, The screws are wear-resistance and corrosion-resistance treated and convenient for disassemble.

4, The drive motor works stable at low noise level saving energy.

5, Equipped with HLP frequency converter, granulating and cutting, speed adjustable for pelletizing.
