This compounder is used to mix the experimental materials and compounding agents evenly to make trial product, once it meeting customer’s requirement of quality and color,  then the experimental results and ratios will be used in bulk production line.

This mixer is used for plasticizing, dispersing, mixing and kneading for ceramic powder, zirconia, alumina, copper oxide, titanium alloy, tungsten powder, magnetic powder, stainless steel powder, Metal powder and cemented carbide.

The applicable products includes silicon rubber products of various rubber rings, rubber tubes, adhesive tapes, rubber bands, shockproof rubber, rubber rollers, rubber sponges, tires, rubber soles, oil seals and other miscellaneous pieces of silicone rubber, footwear, sports balls for games.

Main Features:

1, Feeding material: manual or automatic depend on material, divided batch feeding is also available if need.

2, Discharge material: turn over the mixing chamber at angle 110°~125° driven by motor.

2, The mixing chamber is made of alloy steel hard chromium electro-plated.

3, The rotors are made of alloy-steel with high-precision polishing, carburizing-hard chromium plated for the surface.  Rotor axis: 38CrMoALA nitrided surface, HV950-1050 treated.

4, The imported heating tube allows the chamber fast heating to max. temperature 300°C of power 6kW. Electric-heating and water-cooling for rotor and mixing chamber features the machine of accurate temperature control, environmental protection, energy saving, less maintenance.

5, Anti-leakage device completed with sealing ring made of imported resin fiber.

6, Automatic temperature control system and time control system effectively ensure quick switching between heating and cooling according to the set working temperature.

7, Control mode:  manual, semi-automatic and automatic.

8, Total power consumption 19KW with overloading protection device and emergency stop button.
